Flanagan Agencies Inc. is expanding our team and we're looking to add an upbeat, detail-oriented bilingual individual who can help us handle the needs of our growing business both online and over the phone across Canada.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer phone calls and emails in both English and French a timely and professional manner
- Building and submitting parts orders to vendors
- Communicating with customers about their orders
- Invoicing and processing customer payments
- Filing and administrative paperwork
No formal training is required however skills that would be considered an asset would be:
- Experience with accounting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, outlook, Excel)
- Familiarity with Quickbooks
- Previous customer service experience
- Familiarity with Shopify systems
The person applying for this position should have the following attributes:
