Qualifications
University degree/college diploma is preferred
Minimum 2 years of strong customer service experience
Nimble learner, tech savvy and strong communication skills
Specific knowledge
Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with speaking partners, members and/or clients
