Duties:
- Field incoming calls by obtaining callers' information and correctly directing caller to the appropriate party
- Ensure the customer is well served by practicing customer service approach including
- Avoiding voicemail if possible
Fulfilling customer's need by supplying information when appropriate
- Correctly log calls, ensuring that meaningful reporting is possible
- Provide feedback and communication to team on ongoing basis to improve offerings and ensure coverage
- Where customer-facing, greet walk-in customers, vendors, or associates and inquire about their visit to provide information or direct to appropriate individual or location
Skills/Qualifications:
- Customer focused, results & detail oriented
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions
- Must conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain professional appearance
- Education: High School Diploma
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 5-7 per week
Salary: $17.32-$25.43 per hour
