Resident Manager Wanted for Condominium Project

Are you an experienced individual with a passion for property management and a strong desire to oversee a prestigious condominium project? Brydges Property Management is seeking a dedicated Resident Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operations of one of our exclusive condominium communities. While a couple is preferred, individual applicants with the right qualifications are encouraged to apply as well.
Position Overview:
As Resident Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a high standard of living for our condominium residents. Your expertise will ensure that the property is well-maintained, and residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and harmonious living environment.
Responsibilities:
- Property Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure the property is in excellent condition.
- Resident Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, address inquiries, concerns, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Security: Oversee security measures, respond to emergencies, and prioritize resident safety.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, handle financial matters such as rent collection and budget management, and communicate effectively with the property management team.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers to ensure efficient property upkeep.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, condominium management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
