Job Description: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the problem, providing appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
