Your Part in It:
Working out of our St. Clair office in Toronto, we are looking for our next Senior Operations Manager. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective administration of our office’s workforce, productivity, quality assurance, and safety measures. You will also be accountable to lead, inspire, and manage your fellow employees.
SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER
What the Job Entails:
-
Oversee multiple customer operations including but not limited to tendering, booking, tracing, warehousing, transport, invoicing

Diagnose and resolve common issues experienced with invoicing, billing, warehousing
-
Communicate with department heads on status of on-going issues
-
Support and execute overall business strategy in collaboration with sales, PM, and Operations VP
-
Work directly with team leaders and management to improve daily and overall operational strategy
-
Focus on growth with development of clear and consistent operational procedures
-
Implement continuous improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and boost profitability
-
Provide solutions for improvements on common issues (warehousing, invoicing)
-
Monitor financial profitability and provide reporting
-
Assist in customer communication in regards to market updates, pricing, issues resolution, business updates, etc

Encourage use of standardized practices across TT, increase partnership with internal groups
What We Are Looking For:

>4 years in the logistics and supply chain/warehouse industry

Proficient in Microsoft suite of apps and PM software
-
Understanding of financial flow and associated barriers

Excellent organizational skills

Hands-on, exceptional problem-solving skills

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday.
