WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
The Content Manager develops and executes the content strategy for Tennis Canada and its business units works with internal and external partners to generate revenue and provide actionable insights based on performance and monitoring. The incumbent works within the content team to produce relevant pieces of engaging content and oversees the daily updating of our social channels.
Responsabilities:

Develop content strategies for websites, social channels and newsletters that support the desired objectives and image.

Oversee the coordination and administration of Tennis Canada’s social channels and the execution of their respective content strategies.

Oversee and manage the digital voice of the brand by communicating the organization’s key messages and presentations on these channels and ensure brand consistency.

Manage, engage, and stimulate the online communities of Tennis Canada and the National Bank Open.

Manage the organization’s content calendars.

Manage the organizations’s content creation (videographer, interview, etc)

Monitor and carry out digital and social inventory; collaborate in the creation of a new commercial inventory and the monetization of existing assets.

Maintain and create content for Tennis Canada and National Bank Open websites and social channels using various digital tools.

Provide analytics on social to help the team achieve its key performance indicators (KPIs).

Create campaigns designed to increase social media KPIs and web settings and execute strategy.

Stimulate revenue generation for ticket sales and partnerships through content strategies.

Plan and execute key paid social media campaigns to drive revenue, engagement, and growth across all channels.

Collaborate with consultants, agencies, and internal stakeholders for the creation of different content strategies.

Lead a team of community managers, writers, summer staff, agencies, consultants, and volunteers in executing an overall digital strategy for Tennis Canada and the National Bank Open.
WHO YOU ARE?

Bilingualism French / English required. Must be able to write and converse in both official languages.

University degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field
-
More than 5 years of experience in digital and social marketing. The ability to design original and attractive concepts for new content that establishes or supports the organization’s brand identity.

Expertise in SEO, Metadata, and digital content distribution

Solid experience in social media engagement strategies and practices

Strong skills in creating original content targeting a specific audience and meeting business objectives

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, coordinate information and materials from multiple sources and manage workflow within a team

Strong skills in action and coordination, experience in preparing texts with a variety of tone and message

Curiosity, a passion for the social/digital space and a strong interest in trends and media

Required experience with social platforms, analytics tools, including Google Analytics and tracking tools, and content production software

Teamwork, excellent communication, and relationship building skills

Good knowledge of tennis
