RE/MAX RIVER CITY - Core Beliefs
1. Collaborative Industry Leaders
a. We lead by example. Setting the standard of professionalism in our industry.
2. We are THE premium brokerage, providing a first-class experience and above and beyond results.
3. WE own our performance, without excuses.
a. WE take accountability to resolve issues when they happen. There is no blaming others, WE take responsibility for any misses and are solution-oriented. We support each other always.
4. Accuracy over urgency, always.
a. It’s better to double-check, reference or ask another team member before doing something wrong. As the time it takes to fix issues is usually dramatically more and includes multiple team members to resolve.
5. We give back to our communities.
