Summary:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled HR Coordinator to join our team!
Position Overview:
The HR Coordinator will spearhead our recruitment efforts during this pivotal period of growth. This role demands a keen understanding of the modern recruitment landscape, an ability to quickly grasp the needs of diverse departments, and a passion for connecting qualified candidates with their ideal roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
Proactively scout and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, university partnerships, and industry networking events.
Engage in creative sourcing techniques to tap into passive talent pools and build a rich talent pipeline.
Candidate Screening & Interviews:
Review and screen incoming applications to shortlist potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest.
Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to arrange subsequent interview rounds and facilitate decision-making.
Training & Onboarding:
Work in tandem with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for all new hires. Coordinate introductory training sessions, ensuring that new employees feel integrated and aligned with company values from day one.
Hiring & Contract Management:
Present job offers and manage contract negotiations within company guidelines.
Oversee the completion of all initial hiring paperwork and contractual obligations for new recruits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools, platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
