We are looking for the ideal fit to join our team of safety trainers.
We are ready to welcome graduates or someone with experience in health and safety. We also provide training!
YOUR CHALLENGES
- Act as an OHS advisor and trainer to the employees of our customers;
- Be the expert in OHS theoretical and practical training.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
- Delivering engaging and informative training sessions on specific topics: confined spaces, fall protection and lockout;
- Training our clients on how to properly manipulate safety gear and prevent hazards;
- Evaluating participants with practical skills and other assessments;
- Plan and manage your mandates in collaboration with the Consulting Services Coordinator;
- Participate in mandate evaluation in collaboration with the Business Development Team;
- Participate in continuous improvement toward achieving mandates;
- Keep your knowledge current in your field of expertise;
- Develop your knowledge on different topics other than your expertise.
SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Completion of assigned mandates according to our standards and the service offering accepted by the client ;
- Improvement of customer satisfaction (NPS) ;
- Optimization of customer satisfaction (inside and outside) by monitoring the implemented measures.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Certificate in occupational health and safety required;
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Strong teaching and adult engagement skills;
- Able to use simple or more complex training tools during learning sessions;
- Able to travel;
- Valid Canadian driver’s license.
