Office Administrator
Duties:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance coverage
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth operations of the office
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with billing and financial tasks as needed
. Reviewing the payment from other team and suppliers (Invoice follow up),
. Setting up the business trip cost
. Issuing the invoice
. Registering purchasing invoice and Asset
. Reminding client to pay (Overdue)
. Fund report for executive daily
. Normal financial work like bank
. Salary management for Korean and Local employees
. Work regulation and contract
. Recruiting, Promotion, Transition
. Managing agency worker
. Checking attendance for Koran and Local staff
. Managing the Utilities & Facilities
. Managing the service company
. Safety and sanitary management
. Check the meal for Korean staffs & Supporting the Korean travelers
. Supporting the work permit and residence for Korean staff
. Training and education management
Experience:
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software for scheduling and document management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Fluent in Korean and English is Must have.
-Other trainings can be provided if needed
