Mature distributor in the industrial paint finishing industry, is looking to add to the Customer Service Team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide both phone, email and customer portal communication support
- Work with both existing and new Industrial and Automotive customers
- Process orders and quotes by referring to online data and documentation
- Provide delivery availability by referring to on-line sources and direct contact with suppliers
- Work in a team environment with other CS representatives
Qualifications:
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Computer Literate, use of MS Office and Outlook
- Sound business judgement
- Knowledge of general business procedures
· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the industrial paint finishing industry considered an asset but is not required. Will train for this position
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $54,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
