We are expanding our recruitment business and are looking for a self-motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant/ Account Manager to join our team. What we are looking for:
- Experience in 360-degree technical recruitment and/or business development
- Strong network in the Engineering and Technology industry- Aerospace, Rail transport, medical devices, civil engineering, or IT
- Solid book of business that allows you to hit the ground running
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR management systems
- A natural drive to succeed in your personal goals and celebrate the success of the team
- The ability to build relationships with different people and personalities
- The ability to handle adversity with resilience
