We are hiring a Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator to support our HR practices and manage payroll. Responsibilities include:

Manage employee requests and maintain records.

Coordinate with accounting on WorkSafe BC forms and ROEs.

Ensure company practices comply with regulations.

Annual benefits review and coordination with providers.
-
Process payroll.
-
Other duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
-
Experience processing payroll (Dayforce and Ceridian platforms would be an asset).

Experience supporting HR practices.

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Experience with Employment Regulations in BC.

Proficient in Gmail, Word, and Excel
