Sr. Salesforce Developer/Team Lead| What You Will Do
Develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals.
Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
Interact directly with clients, project managers, Technical & Solution leads as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces & customized applications.
Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow.
Who We're Looking for? (Qualifications)
Must-Have Skills:
Work independently with minimal supervision.
3+ years of Salesforce.com development experience (Team Lead).
5+ years of Salesforce.com development experience (Sr. Developer).
Strong expertise in writing code in Apex, Visualforce and Lightning (Aura & Web) as per Salesforce Best Practices.
Decent knowledge of CSS, HTML5, JavaScript.
Experience working on Salesforce Cloud offerings like – Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
In-depth experience of using Process Builders and Flows.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Declarative skills.
Decent expertise of working on Salesforce Integrations.
Experience working on Einstein.
Salesforce Technical Certifications.
DevOps Tools like Git-Hub, Bit-Bucket, Jenkins, and Copado.
