We are seeking a skilled Baker to join the team at our production kitchen. As a Baker, you will prepare the delicious scones our business is built on!
Duties:
- Measure and mix ingredients to create dough
- Roll and cut dough into scones
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality products
- Clean and maintain baking equipment and work area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to work effectively with other team members
