Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Psychiatrist to join our dedicated team. You will be focusing on offering high-quality psychiatric services to veterans and first responders, a community deeply deserving and in need of specialized care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers for comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Ensure compliance with medical laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Medical Degree and Residency in Psychiatry
- Eligible for Full License in Psychiatry in Nova Scotia
- Current State Medical License
- Strong understanding of the unique needs of veterans and first responders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
