We invite applications for the position of Casual Building Maintenance Worker in the Facilities Division. This is a casual
position, reporting to the Manager, Ancillary Services. This position is based at our New Westminster, BC campus.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• 4th class Building Operator certificate preferred;
Hours and days of work will vary and are not guaranteed – this is casual, on-call work on an as-needed basis. Preference
will be given to applicants with availability Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm.
- Experience in facility management and building operations;
- Knowledgeable and trained in Delta Controls DDC;
- WHMIS certification;
- Working knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS);
- Knowledge and experience with reading drawings, plans and schematic designs;
- Ability to lift 50 lbs;
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Valid Drivers’ License;
- Strong interpersonal / customer service skills.
