Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate slab, rough-in, and finishing tasks to ensure high-quality electrical installations.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, ensuring compliance and safety standards.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver innovative and successful projects.
- Contribute fresh ideas to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in any of the following: slab, rough-in, finishing work, EMT, fire alarm, or distribution.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
- Leadership skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to different project requirements.
- Valid driver's license.
