Hotel Manager
Location: St Lucia
Salary: $80,000-$100,000 DOE

The Company:
I have teamed up with a globally recognised, all-inclusive resort located in St Lucia. This is a luxurious property that offers an exceptional guest experience, and they are currently looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to join their dynamic and diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the hotel’s overall operations including staff management, customer service, and financial performance

Work closely with hotel executives to develop and implement strategies to help achieve and exceed the resort’s financial goals

Observe interdepartmental operations, conduct daily and weekly meetings HODs
-
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, address and rectified all customer queries in a prompt and efficient manor

Assist with the recruitment and development of team members
-
Coordinate with team managers to ensure all each team is fully trained, supported, and equipped to do their jobs daily. Maintain current knowledge of best practices in training and development within the hospitality industry to ensure compliance

Go above and beyond the guest’s expectations, have a deep understanding and knowledge of the local area to optimise their experiences

Stay up to date with local competition, industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the hotel’s services
The ideal Hotel Manager:
-
Minimum 5+ years experience as a General Manager, preferably in a luxury resort environment

Experience working on a Caribbean Island and/or an all-inclusive property is an asset
-
A self-motivated, independent leader who can hold their own

Proven experience leading hotel operations and team
You will need a work permit to be able to work in the Caribbean. The company will assist you with this process however please note that you will need to provide a criminal record / background check, notarised copies of your passport and certificates / qualifications as well as a reference letter from a previous employer.
