JOB PURPOSE
Prepare, track, and complete electronic documentation workflows, PPSA processes for new and existing lease transactions with the Company's Dealer network. Monthly PAP and invoice distribution, cash application, flow through payments to dealers and AR follow up. Ensure accuracy and completion of all lease documents, including after lease bookings. This position reports to the Crown Credit (Canada) Lease Supervisor.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assemble and prepare all necessary paperwork to document new lease contracts and email required documents to the Company's Dealer network, in a timely manner.

Track specialty clauses/documents for specific customers to ensure future documentation is consistent and correct.

Monitor and make sure documents are signed in a timely manner for equipment delivery.

Respond to external customer inquiries by telephone or email to provide problem resolutions.

Analyze customer needs and redirect to other resources if needed.

Answer internal Sales Representative inquiries.

Assist with issues regarding documentation processes.

Verify documents are correct and lease documents are complete.

Audit data entered in the system by other Crown Credit personnel to ensure accuracy and completion.

Add lease start dates, master lease dates and serial numbers to booked lease documents.

Monthly PAP process and respective cash application.

Maintain and reconcile monthly pass-through invoicing on behalf of dealer network and prepare electronic payment forms.

Maintain the database on the electronic PPSA filing system for all lease transactions, in addition to dealer floorplans.

Track blanket PPSA filings and keep up on extensions and terminations. Pull PPSA's for bank deals.

Provide back-up assistance for Crown Credit office support.

Instruct branch and external customers on document paperwork processes and PPSA filing requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Post-secondary schooling preferred.

1-2 years of related experience preferred.

Computer skills and working knowledge of Excel and Word programs.

Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent organizational and data entry skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required and demonstrated customer relations ability.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
