Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective & efficient application configuration and customization in Salesforce FSC.
- Configure Salesforce FSC features such as Accounts, Financial Accounts, Goals, Assets and Liabilities, Household and Relationship Groups, Lead Lifecycle Management.
- Develop custom Salesforce applications and functionality using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, as needed.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs or middleware tools.
- Conduct data migration from legacy systems to Salesforce using tools like Data Loader
- Implement security measures in line with best practices, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Field Level Security, and Sharing Settings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and prioritize project backlog and development efforts.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure adoption and proper use of the system.
Qualifications
- Salesforce certification - Certified Administrator
- Strong understanding of Salesforce FSC and its application within the wealth management sector.
- Solid experience with object-oriented programming languages, specifically Java or Apex.
- Proven experience with Salesforce development tools including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Salesforce security architecture and compliant data sharing.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and superior communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Certified Platform Developer I/II is highly desirable.
- API management and familiarity with web services and REST APIs.
- Proficiency in data migration and integration tools.
- Understanding of wealth management business processes.
