We operate in the Aerospace, Ground Transportation and Energy sectors.
A typical day?
-
Weld the various steel parts according to the required welding processes, mainly (GWAW) and (FCAW) for buses;
-
Inspect produced parts, visually and using measuring instruments, to validate quality and conformity;
-
Master welding techniques on steel, aluminum and stainless steel;
-
Classify the parts required for the job;
-
Able to interpret and execute welds in accordance with drawings;
-
Very good understanding of welding parameters and their effect;
Qualifications:
-
DEP in welding or welding-fitting,
-
Experience in training and integrating new employees,
-
Experience in assembly (an asset),
-
Valid forklift operator's card (an asset),
-
Oral and written bilingualism (French - English) is an important asset for communication in the multilingual environment of the customer site and for technical documentation,
