Human Resources Administrator (12 month contract)
The Administrator is responsible for time sensitive confidential administrative work, supporting a variety of departments and functions. The Administrator will be required to provide clear and concise responses to inquiries while ensuring high quality service in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. This is an ideal role for someone looking for an opportunity to work within a dynamic team, in an environment like no other.
Duties & Responsibilities
Support all administrative tasks including but not limited to;

Writing and responding to email inquiries

Creating and following up on reports and spreadsheets, filing, and inputting information into FirstService systems

Answering and initiating phone calls to verify and record information.

Upload documents into Sharepoint files

Perform research on relevant topics and legislation.

Work closely with the department leaders to support change management initiatives
Education & Experience
-
Post graduate degree preferred.
-
2+ years of work experience administration in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Must be comfortable with technology based solutions.

Work well in a fast-paced, strategic, and results-oriented department

Exceptional attention to detail and dedicated follow-ups

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs & Office 365, with a very good working knowledge with Excel

Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a rapidly changing very fast paced ambiguous environment.

The ability to meet tight deadlines while producing quality and consistent work.
