Duties and Responsibilities
Receive and coordinate deliveries and distribution of shipments, mail, and couriers
Assist with coordination of functions and meetings for the team, including: scheduling, booking resources, compiling required materials, and making related purchases and arrangements
Be the administrative point of contact in the office for user-management and updates in cloud-based software platforms
Be the in-person support at events (some travel may be required within the lower mainland)
Review, compile, and enter data to prepare monthly reports
Knowledge and Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with 1 or 2 years of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite; light bookkeeping experience is an asset
Experience with software platform and website content management systems is also an asset
Strong organizational and planning skills; able to multitask and manage competing priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; and customer service oriented
