CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS :
Nous recherchons actuellement un spécialiste de la documentation technique pour rejoindre notre entreprise en pleine croissance. La personne travaillera au sein de l'équipe marketing pour développer la documentation technique, y compris les fiches de spécification et les fiches d'installation.
CE QUE VOUS FEREZ :
· Créer/mettre à jour les fiches de spécification ;
· Créer/mettre à jour les fiches d'installation ;
· Créer la documentation technique pour les produits modifiés ;
· Interagir avec différents départements afin de rassembler et de comprendre les informations requises ;
· Répondre aux questions techniques concernant la durabilité et la transparence des matériaux ;
· Aider au lancement de nouveaux produits.
COMPÉTENCES ET CONNAISSANCES QUE VOUS DEVEZ POSSÉDER :
· Excellent souci du détail ;
· Excellent sens de l'organisation ;
· Intérêt marqué pour l'apprentissage et capacité à saisir de nouveaux concepts ;
· Connaissance pratique de divers logiciels :
o Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop et Acrobat ;
o SolidWorks ;
o MS Office ;
o Autodesk Revit sera considéré comme un atout ;
· Une expérience dans le secteur de l'éclairage sera considérée comme un atout ;
· La connaissance des certifications et des normes de durabilité (par exemple WELL, LEED, LBC, Declare, HPD, EPD et Red List) sera considérée comme un atout ;
· La connaissance des fichiers BIM sera considérée comme un atout ;
· Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale ;
· Diplôme en design industriel, en dessin ou dans un domaine connexe.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are currently seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist to join our growing company. The individual will work as part of the Marketing team to develop technical documentation, including specification sheets and installation sheets.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
· Create/update specification sheets;
· Create/update installation sheets;
· Create technical documentation for modified products;
· Interact with various departments in order to gather and understand required information;
· Assist with technical questions regarding sustainability and material transparency;
· Assist with new product launches.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
· Excellent attention to detail;
· Excellent organizational skills;
· Strong interest to learn and ability to grasp new concepts;
· Working knowledge of various software:
o Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat;
o SolidWorks;
o MS Office;
o Autodesk Revit will be considered an asset;
· Experience in the lighting industry will be considered a strong asset;
· Knowledge of sustainability certifications and standards (e.g. WELL, LEED, LBC, Declare, HPD, EPD, and Red List) will be considered an asset;
· Knowledge of BIM files will be considered an asset;
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
· Diploma or degree in Industrial Design, Drafting, or a related field.
