Toyota Tsusho Canada Inc. located in Woodstock, is currently hiring for the position of Production Team Member. TTCI is a Canadian division of a multinational Japanese trading firm with numerous interests in supply-chain activities, intermediate goods production, scrap metal recycling and manufacturing related services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following (non-inclusive):

Material handling of stock as required by work area needs.

Light sub-assembly of interior car components.

Adhere to all safety policies and standards.

Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Clean work area according to 5S standards.

Other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:

You are willing to learn and apply Toyota Production System principles.

You have exceptional attention to detail.
-
You are able to perform the physical requirements of the job, which may include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pinching, standing, walking, and other repetitive motions.

You have an interest in manufacturing or assembly roles. Prior assembly experience would be considered an asset.

You are able to clearly present information in small group settings.
-
You possess strong interpersonal and team building skills.
-
You are able to support daily overtime based on business conditions.
