About the Role
JCA is growing and looking to add a Wire Harness Assemblers to join the team! As a Wire Harness Assembler, you will be responsible for accurately following measurement and instructions to assemble the wiring harnesses products used by manufacturers in a variety of industries. The successful candidates will read and interpret instructions and assemble parts together.
Responsibilities
- Operate wire harness processing equipment

Assemble wire harness products through the use of assembly documentation, parts lists, hand tools and the knowledge gained through supplied training

Inspect completed products to ensure they meet both internal and customer specifications

Cutting, stripping, marking and terminating wires using hand and semi automated equipment

Manually routing of wires with the use of blueprints and written instructions

Utilize braiding machines to coat wire harnesses

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Participate in team continuous improvement projects

Ensure that safety policies, quality standards, and standard operating procedures are followed.

Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints and drawings

Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Previous experience in manufacturing experience is an asset

Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently.
Physical Demands

Regularly required to walk and stand for extended periods of time

Exposed to changing noise levels and temperatures

Must be able to consistently lift a minimum of 10 lbs (4.5 kg)
Schedule for Hiring
Mondy through Friday (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)
Monday through Friday (3:30 PM to 12:00 AM)
Sunday through Thursday (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
