Administers human resources policies and procedures. Collects and maintains HR data related to compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, etc. to help make recommendations for improvement. Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures. Provides support for all human resources related activities. May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
