GFL Environmental is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team out of our Aurora location.
Key Responsibilities:

Answering phones and entering information into the Fleetmind system for resolution

Relaying information to residents (Not always a pleasant conversation)

Sorting route sheets for the upcoming week

Data entry of disposal tickets

Reconciling mid-month and month end reports
-
Closing commercial routes

Filing drivers time records
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
-
Must have be familiar with Excel, Outlook (email), Word
-
Comfortable with moving through multiple computer screens
-
Comfortable speaking on the phone to residents and Municipal staff

Must be organized and have clear communication skills (All interactions are phone based)

Must have own transportation. – No public transit available in our area.

Must have OSSGD (GED) or equivalent
