Job Description
KV/Hampton Home Hardware is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers and the general public. This position will be based out of our Quispamsis, NB branch.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Qualifications
·High School Diploma or Equivalent;
·1-2 years’ experience in a customer service role; Previous experience in Hardware store is a plus
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team; interact with different departments and departments within the company at various times throughout the workday
