As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right auto parts for their vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Listen attentively to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Provide accurate and helpful information regarding auto parts availability, pricing, and compatibility.
Offer solutions to customer problems and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product catalog, including OEM and aftermarket parts.
Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive trends and technologies.
Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their vehicles based on make, model, and year.
Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through our computer systems.
Verify order details, including part numbers, quantities, and pricing.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical assistance to customers who require guidance with installation or troubleshooting.
Collaborate with in-house mechanics or technical experts for more complex inquiries.
Training and Development: Participate in company-provided training programs to enhance your knowledge of auto parts and customer service techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Experience in customer service or auto parts is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
