ABOUT THE JOB
Terms of Employment: Part-time and Full-time. Candidates must be flexible and can work variable shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Provide an outstanding dining experience for our patrons
Must have an extremely professional rapport with clientele, be well-spoken, and easy to communicate with
Work well and closely with all other team members
Accurately record and enter all food and beverage items into the POS system
Ensure tables are cleared and reset before a patron is seated
Must develop extensive knowledge of the menu to be able to comment on ingredients, suggest items, and explain cooking techniques.
Must develop extensive knowledge of all beverage offerings and assist patrons with appropriate recommendations.
Address patrons appropriately when discussing their comments and concerns. Effectively communicate with Supervisors if a customer issue arises. Ensure clear and concise communication with the patron to ensure the issue is being resolved.
Follow all company policies and procedures

Must have Pro-serve certification and be at least 18 years of age.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate in a professional manner with clientele
Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant is required
