Hire Digital is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, screening, closing, and onboarding highly qualified candidates for technology positions.

Build a pipeline of talents across different skills areas, including software development, design, digital marketing, data & analytics, and others.

Assess the current and past state of talent acquisition's performance and its contributing factors.

Develop a tailored plan to address the current needs and create a roadmap for future growth opportunities.

Set up tools and applications required for the role and conduct experiments to optimize productivity.

Implement and monitor results from conducted experiments ranging from product, digital marketing, and UX.

Set up basic ways to measure performance at each conversion stage.

Analyze results, propose new strategies and implement them.

Continuously test and optimize new tools that will help increase productivity.

Champion metrics-driven analysis throughout the organization.

Identify opportunities for growth, and implement changes.

Train specialists in each field to take on successful experiments and optimize them for performance.

Highly analytical with a strong preference for a background in technical recruitment, HR, operations or human resources consulting.

Past program management experience is a strong plus.

Knowledgeable of recruitment methods and hiring best practices.

Strong people management and problem solving skills.

Highly communicative, and anticipative of potential issues.

Proficient in spoken and written English.
