Structural Assembler
Evening shift (3:20pm to 12am)
In your duties, you will be called upon to:
● Work from instructions provided by the Methods Department, in the form of "Assembly Workbooks" and Visual Aids (VAs);
● Use templates and position components from PVA, Engineering Service drawings or any other materials provided by the Methods Department;
● Drill within prescribed tolerances, apply sealants and install required fasteners in accordance with engineering specifications;
● Respect the standard times prescribed by the Methods Department and comply with the quality standards in force;
● Respect health, safety and environmental standards;
● Ensure compliance with standards and production rates;
● Other related functions that may vary depending on experience and qualifications.
As the ideal candidate, you possess the following;
● T.S.D. Aerospace Structural Assembly or;
● D.C.S. in Airframe Assembly or equivalent with a few years of work experience or;
● Have successfully completed a structural fast-track training or;
● A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assembler in the field of Aeronautics or a related field (such as aircraft structural assembly) obtained within the last 5 years;
AND;
● You demonstrate autonomy, initiative and are able to work within a multidisciplinary team;
● You have good communication skills;
● You have good knowledge of the French Or English language (oral and written).
