As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Manager to join our team and lead our pizza shop to new heights.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and filling orders at Niakwa Pizza. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including staff supervision, customer satisfaction, building up sales with new ideas, and of course maintaining our high standards of quality and service. This position presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with restaurant & customer experience, as well as a proven track record in a supervisory or management role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to a diverse team
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by maintaining our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and maintaining adequate stock levels.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and improve team performance.
- Collaborate with the owner to develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new customers and increase brand awareness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role, preferably in a similar establishment.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business targets.
- Strong knowledge of pizza making, ingredients, and food preparation techniques.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, cost control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
