The Specialist, Systems Management BTS / BST is responsible for the installation, monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and the IT infrastructure of Bell Technical Solutions.
- Installation of operating systems and system upgrades (Windows and Linux);

Analysis, research and resolution of system problems;

System configuration, optimization and monitoring;
-
System backup and restore;
-
Complete server management;
-
Prepare and analyze reports, as well as draft documents;

Interact with technicians, cable workers, customers, managers and service providers
- Diploma in computer science;
-
In-depth knowledge of VMware, Windows, Linux, MS Exchange, SCCM, SCOM.

Good knowledge of Active directory

Minimum 5 years' experience;

Bilingualism required: as part of his/her duties, this person will be required to interact in English with stakeholders outside Quebec.
- Microsoft and/or Linux certification an asset;

Knowledge of VEEAM products an asset

Excellent oral and written communication skills;

Autonomy, versatility and initiative;

Ability to solve complex problems and work as part of a team;

Excellent time management, independent, and self-taught.
