Role
We're looking to hire a Brand Manager within our Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for bringing our brand agenda to life through effective communications, impactful campaigns and compelling storytelling. They will develop and execute a variety of campaigns, with the end goal of driving business results and improving key brand attributes.
This individual is passionate about building brands, has an eye for strong creative, and thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment. They come prepared with analytical and competitive facts, strategic thinking to support their recommendations, and are solution-oriented. They can prioritize and juggle many tasks at once, while always keeping the consumer front and centre.
They’ll be joining a team of 7 marketers.
The job and what you’ll need to get it done.
You’ll build break-through Mass campaigns that move the needle on oxio brand awareness, familiarity, likelihood to purchase & value perception. You’ll work with internal partners to measure performance and ensure all KPI’s are met.
You’ll manage end-to-end campaign development, from writing communications briefs, to evaluating creative and media plans, to delivering post-campaign reports with actionable insights and learnings.
You’ll support the Lead, Brand & Communications in implementing short and long-term brand strategies and support the evolution of our brand positioning, guidelines and value proposition.
You’ll bring the oxio brand to life through differentiated, unique and compelling storytelling.
You’ll ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity is reflected across all customer and consumer touchpoints.
You’ll keep up to date with market developments and analyze consumer insights as well as competitor strategies.
You’ll have an exceptional grasp of current events, business news, and the media and social media landscape, and an understanding of how the evolving external environment impacts oxio.
We do most of our campaigns in-house, but you'll need to work with agencies occasionally.
Qualifications
5 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications
A customer obsessed mindset and passion for compelling storytelling and building brands
Experience managing external vendors and agencies.
Top-notch written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
Works autonomously, self-motivated and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced, team-oriented environment.
An understanding of brand positioning elements and the development process.
You bring a positive attitude and a thirst for results
Bilingual English & French is an asset
