Natures Formulae is a Kelowna based natural health manufacturing facility. Natures Formulae manufactures a variety of heath products in a 25,000 square foot air conditioned facility. At Natures Formulae there are five manufacturing departments and an inventory team. Natures Formulae is looking to add a Lead Hand to our manufacturing team.

The responsibilities are:
- Daily scheduling of production work orders
- Daily organization of equipment and personnel
- Quality control checks of products being manufactured
- Inventory checks of raw materials and finished goods
- Updating work order system when projects are complete
- Daily tracking of production output
- Regular communication with production supervisor
- Conflict management of personnel
- Setting daily, weekly and monthly production goals with production supervisor
- Training of new personnel
- Troubleshooting of production equipment with maintenance department
- Coordination of workload with afternoon shift lead hand
- Other duties as assigned
The qualifications needed are:
- Able to be on your feet for 8 hours
- Lift up to 44 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years Supervisory experience
- Two years Production experience
- Tech savvy
