As a CSR some of your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls.
- Assisting the customer to the correct part.
- Processing payments and refunds.
- Maintaining an orderly and cleanly environment.
- Keeping an organized stock.
- Assisting in warehouse duties.
- Some skills include but are not limited to:
- Strong organizational skills.
- Other duties as required
