We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team in the role of Site Superintendent.
As the Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all building aspects of our company and projects to meet our objectives of costs, quality, time, and safety. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the success of our construction projects and meeting the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Hire and train personnel and oversee their coordination.

Establish and implement a comprehensive new hire orientation process.

Participate in establishing company objectives, goals, and objectives for the construction area.

Gain buy-in on company objectives from personnel.

Participate in the pre-job planning process and oversee the planning and use of company resources.

Ensure that the planning process is followed and prepare job descriptions for personnel.

Coordinate and plan with clients to meet their needs.

Oversee the organization of the field and ensure effective and efficient administration of the jobs.

Recommend organizational changes as needed.

Troubleshoot difficult construction problems and establish ways to motivate and keep personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers' morale at a high level.

Review employees periodically and make recommendations for improvements and wage adjustments.

Provide directions to managers and oversee job schedules.

Ensure that construction cost targets are met and establish strategies and action plans to beat the budget.

Furnish job cost feedback to employees and oversee the terms and conditions of construction agreements.

Keep clients satisfied while ensuring the company's success.
Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.

Ability to read, interpret, and understand building drawings, specifications, contract documents, shop drawings, etc.

Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
