What will you do?
- Prepare and follow up on tally sheets for unionized employees
- Supervise and assist as needed the cyclical accounting
- Analyze any discrepancies following the tallying
- Esure weekly follow-up of the progress of the cyclical accounting of the shift with the production and logistics committee
- Analyze and resolve open transactions so that the tally is as complete as possible
- Perform the necessary cross-checks to adjust inventory balances
- Take sporadic inventories according to production needs
- Train unionized employees in the use of tools and computer system
- Ensure that transactions are compliant upon receipt, production, and shipment
** Note this position requires to work in office at our Drummondville office**
What will you need to succeed?
- DEC in Administration or related field;
- minimum of 2 years experience in inventory management in the manufacturing industry
- Inventory experience, an asset
- Experience with the SAP software,an asset
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Very good knowledge of French both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of English both written and spoken to interact with client, suppliers and colleagues outside of Quebec
