Job Description:
Permanent full time position.
Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. - 40 hours/week
Excellent opportunity to start a career in the adminstration field
Work location: 1221, 32nd avenue, Lachine, Quebec. Note that this role cannot be perform at home.
Responsibilities:

Assist in clerical tasks such as information gathering, documentation, photocopying, faxing, splitting mail, mail distribution, etc.

Performs data entry/scanning.

Completes first screen of B3 (customers’ files), open LVS, etc.
-
Assists raters in general office duties: reports, forms, claims, etc.

Answers phone calls from partners and other offices.

Operates scanning station for imaging.
Qualifications:
-
Microsoft Excel, Word
-
Strong typing skills
-
Ability to read spreadsheets, extract information in Excel format, and communicate findings to management team

Excellent communication skills
-
Bilingual (French/English) - Intermedidate level is required in both language

Ability to prioritize daily tasks and promote a positive work environment
