We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Credit Administration – Point of Sale position. This position will be a hybrid position – working at both our VersaBank Innovation Center of Excellence in London as well as from home.
Responsibilities include working with clients and account management to collect appropriate Anti-Money laundering documents, preparing approval letters, and maintaining up to date insurance renewals and PPSA and other registrations as well as following up with the Bank’s solicitors to ensure legal registrations are in place. You will also be responsible for inputting financial statement data in excel, inputting data into the Bank’s Asset Management System, maintaining virtual credit and security folders and reviewing security documentation to ensure it meets approval conditions as agreed to by the Bank’s credit department. Some minor office administrative duties will be assigned as well
Your background preferably includes post-secondary training in office/business administration or legal administration. You have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a directly related role or within a bank or legal environment. You have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems. You are an energetic self-starter with strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and business communication skills and the ability to multi-task. You are very organized, have a positive attitude and a strong customer service orientation.
