Pool and Spa Service
Job Description:
Bluewater Pools and Spas is seeking a Spa and Pool Technicians to join our team in Windsor, ON. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Responsibilities:
You must take on initiative, be positive and willing to work with a team and provide Bluewater customers with amazing customer service.
Job Requirements:
-Answer very busy phone line
-Book spa service, order parts, create service invoices, take payments using POS system, submit warranty paperwork/parts and create excel spreadsheets.
-You must have two years clerical service
-Quoting customers
-Proficient in excel
-Pool and spa experience preferred but training is provided.
-Willingness to learn and expand with company developments.
-Ability to work cooperatively in team atmosphere
-Maintain a positive attitude, while executing excellent customer service and communication skills.
Wage depending on experience
Off season hours Monday-Saturday 10am-4pm
Busy season May-September 9am-5pm
Skills & Qualifications:
·Strong attention to detail required; ability to multi-task is a must.
·Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
·Strong organizational skills are required; ability to manage multiple tasks is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
