Position Summary and Responsibilities:
We are in search of a highly organized and adaptable Office Administrator to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will facilitate and manage pre-established and already structured departments, including Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounting, in addition to providing vital support for general office administration, all within a manufacturing setting. If you possess a talent for juggling multiple responsibilities, a meticulous eye for detail, and thrive in a dynamic work environment, we encourage you to apply.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable.
- Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Track expenses and budget adherence.
- Assist department managers in managing daily office operations
- Coordinate meetings and events.
- Maintain organized document filing.
- Handle office communication.
HR and Payroll:
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding.
- Maintain HR records and benefits.
- Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll.
- Ensure payroll compliance and accuracy.
- Experience in HR, payroll, and accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and discreet.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Prior experience in a Manufacturing environment is preferred.
We offer competitive compensation that aligns with your experience, ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually. The Office Administrator’s salary will be determined based on qualifications and relevant expertise. In addition to this competitive base pay, we provide an extensive benefits package, encompassing Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, as well as paid holidays and generous paid time off (PTO) to support your work-life balance.
For the Office Administrator role, we provide a flexible work schedule that typically extends from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Your weekly working hours may fluctuate, falling within the range of 40 to 50 hours, aligning with the company's operational requirements while also prioritizing work-life balance.
