Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Email & SMS Specialist to join our team. As an Email & SMS Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and executing effective email & SMS marketing campaigns and automations to engage and nurture our audience. You will be responsible for managing our email & SMS marketing platform, optimizing email & SMS deliverability, and ensuring the highest level of engagement and conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of email & SMS marketing best practices, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving results through email & SMS campaigns.
Responsibilities:Here is what we had in mind for the position:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
- Manage and maintain our email marketing platform, including setting up email templates, segmenting lists, and scheduling campaigns.
- Analyze email campaign performance and provide regular reports, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously monitor and improve email campaign and email automation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and content, to ensure email campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with email marketing regulations and privacy laws.
- Provide support and contribute to various growth projects.
