- Non-Flex schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 - 3:30 pm
- Flex schedule (Optional): 6 am - 3:30 pm or 7:00 am - 4:30 pm shift where you would work eight 9 hour days, one 8 hour day and the tenth day off bi-weekly

- Compensation ranges from $25.00 - $29.22 per hour, and the hourly rate will be determined based on position level and experience.
The Warehouse Lead Hand will be responsible for:
- Supervise and optimize kitting, stocking, and basic receiving of parts.
- Execute precise receiving activities within the warehouse environment.
- Proficiently manage unloading procedures for incoming shipments.
- Methodically process routine documentation with meticulous accuracy.
- Employ advanced computer systems for comprehensive tracking and adept inventory management.
- Foster the creation and management of Internal Work Orders, maintaining impeccable records.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies, damages, and operational challenges.
- Respond promptly and effectively to departmental requests, ensuring seamless information flow.
- Act as a proficient liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders as requisite.
- Vigilantly monitor and enhance the Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program with valued suppliers.
- Innovate inventory systems and procedural workflows to elevate operational efficiency.
- Cultivate an organized, hygienic, and efficient Receiving area.
- Thoroughly inspect finished goods to uphold stringent quality standards and procedural compliance.
- Lead adherence to ISO 9000 standards, rigorously practicing daily 5S+ methodologies, and championing Regal Business Systems (RBS).
- Investigate, analyze, and implement corrective actions for safety incidents and quality discrepancies.
- Facilitate daily Tier meetings, ensuring up-to-date Visual Daily Management (VDM) board updates.
- Illuminate the path for new departmental members, offering comprehensive training and ongoing support.
- Spearhead specialized projects, orchestrating the concerted efforts of assigned team members.
- Instill a culture of safety and incident prevention through proactive initiatives and comprehensive safety observations.
- Foster the professional growth and competence of Receiving team members through deliberate development initiatives.
- Skillfully manage holiday schedules, absences, and meticulous timecard documentation.
- Stand ready to seamlessly assume the roles of team members as situations demand.
Requirements:
- Minimum one (1) year in the department or equivalent experience.
- High school graduate certification.
- Demonstrated leadership capacity with a profound ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Ability to accurately prepare and enter data into spreadsheets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Knowledge of ERP systems would be an asset
- Possess exceptional organizational acumen coupled with unwavering attention to detail.
- Possess in-depth familiarity with safety protocols and unwavering commitment to stringent quality control standards.
- Capable of lifting 30 pounds frequently.
- Forklift certification would be considered an asset.
- Has an open mind, willingness to learn, and a great attitude
Work Environment: The job of a Warehouse Lead Hand requires repetitive motions all the time, including lifting, squatting, kneeling, bending, walking, torqueing, pulling, carrying, pulling, crouching, backward positions, standing for long periods etc.
