Responsible for taking and delivering food orders in a timely manner to a very high standard of customer service and be the face of the restaurant and therefore responsible for all customers’ experiences.
Responsibilities include ensuring tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. This entails you to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite, honest and friendly attitude.
Assisting the Bakery Manager in day-to-day operations of the front bakery, have a clear understanding of how to smoothly operate the front bakery and to ensure exceptional customer service.
The ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help Antrim maintain and attract new and returning customers.
