Warehouse Lead
Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations
- Coordinate and assign tasks to warehouse staff
- Ensure efficient workflow and prioritize tasks
- Train and mentor new warehouse employees
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise in the warehouse
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and regulations
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and software
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
